About the position

The Facility Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance for large facilities, specifically those exceeding 500,000 square feet. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise building mechanical operations and maintenance for facilities over 500,000 sq. ft.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recent experience in facility management and supervision.
