About the position

The Facility Protection Manager at Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth is responsible for overseeing the Supervisors of Security Forces and ensuring the performance of security officers. Responsibilities

• Oversee Supervisors of Security Forces and manage the performance of security officers.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and government regulations.
• Implement and test security constraints and conduct internal audits.
• Maintain communication with site stakeholders and program security.
• Lead and manage all assigned personnel in the Fort Worth physical security team.
• Achieve 100% compliance for customer inspections and security evaluations.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance eligibility and ability to obtain and maintain it.
• Security supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in Physical Security, Law Enforcement, or related fields.
• Prior security experience dealing with investigations, violations, and incidents.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Anti-Terrorism Force Protection.
• Experience with special access programs and collateral requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
