About the position

The Facility Services Consultant at Lee Company is responsible for selling comprehensive facility solutions, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, through a consultative selling approach. This role emphasizes nurturing client relationships and closing sales of preventative maintenance HVAC agreements while achieving growth goals. The consultant contributes to a reputable team known for trust and technical expertise since 1944, focusing on providing technical solutions and operational expertise to facility owners or managers.

Responsibilities

• Sell the Lee Company value proposition to facility owners or managers using a consultative selling approach.
• Provide technical solutions and operational expertise with a focus on the sale of preventative maintenance HVAC agreements.
• Execute the sales process to cultivate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within an assigned geographic area.
• Achieve profitable growth and volume goals across all Facility Services offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• A minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience with at least one year successfully selling similar service or projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry as well as client relations.
• Working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
