About the position

The Facility Social Worker at Brighter Horizon Treatment Centers is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to youth in a treatment setting. This role involves supervising the placement of each assigned youth and ensuring that their individual needs are met in accordance with agency policies, county regulations, and state laws. The social worker will work within a trauma-informed framework, ensuring that all documentation reflects trauma-informed modalities. The position requires the ability to respond to crises that may arise during both working and non-working hours, necessitating the carrying of an emergency pager or cellular phone during designated periods. In addition to direct case management, the Facility Social Worker will cultivate relationships with various external agencies and individuals, including county social workers, school personnel, and mental health professionals, to coordinate services that enhance the youth's treatment program.
