About the position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Facility Solutions Manager for the Winston Salem/High Point area. This role is crucial for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch management of their facility services. The Facility Solutions Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the execution of services that enhance customer satisfaction. You will manage a range of building maintenance services, help foster long-term relationships with clients, and ensure that all service-oriented activities operate smoothly. In this position, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will oversee daily operations, including quality assurance inspections and client communications. Implementing effective strategies to retain and grow client accounts through exceptional service delivery will be a key focus. Additionally, you will train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence within service delivery. Conducting regular performance evaluations of contractors and team members will also be part of your responsibilities. You will generate accurate reports and documentation to track service performance and client satisfaction, ensuring that City Wide continues to be a trusted partner to our clients in the building maintenance industry.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
