About the position

The Facility Warehouser is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and administrative tasks. This role involves interaction with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and managing access to valuable materials and information, necessitating a criminal history review for safety and security purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Check incoming merchandise against bills of lading and invoices for accuracy
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards
  • Load and unload products from deliveries
  • Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized
  • Complete diary logs into inventory
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion

Nice-to-haves

  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience mixing or blending raw materials and making a product in an industrial batch process
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks)
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment
  • Have prior work experience repairing spray equipment
