The Technical Account Director will lead a significant portfolio in San Jose, CA, focusing on facilities management services. This role requires a strong technical engineering background and involves overseeing a team of operational staff while managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Management responsibility for 7 operational direct reports
• Offer technical support when needed
• Management of P&L across contract
• Establish relationships with client & management
• Establish relationships with external clients
• Resolve complex operational problems with minimal direct supervision
• Responsible for all FM services across the account

Requirements

• Previous Account Management/Director experience (Essential)
• Experienced with total FM - Hard Services (Essential)
• Technical Engineering background
• Strong communication skills
