About The Position
The Faculty Development Instructional Designer at Santa Fe College's Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE) is responsible for enhancing faculty and staff professional development through the design and facilitation of workshops and collaborative projects. This role aims to promote inclusive teaching practices and improve student engagement and success by working closely with faculty and staff across the college.
