About The Position
The successful applicant will join a team responsible for providing the highest level of faculty support to Pearson educators, answering inquiries and building understanding with Pearson courseware and its functionality. This role involves coaching Faculty Support Associates, handling escalations, and proactively engaging with top and at-risk adoptions. The candidate will also manage course builds and provide guidance for accounts requiring a higher service level, necessitating strong leadership, time management, resourcefulness, and communication skills.
