About the position

As a Fairmont Gold Specialist at Fairmont Century Plaza, you will provide exceptional personalized guest service within the exclusive Fairmont Gold experience. This role involves assisting guests with their needs, offering concierge information about local attractions, and ensuring a luxurious stay for all Fairmont Gold guests. You will be responsible for building strong guest relationships and maintaining high service standards while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Provide exceptional Concierge information to guests about local attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events, and available services
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures for Fairmont Gold guests
• Cater to guests during food and beverage periods within the Fairmont Gold lounge
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
• Maintain contacts with business partners and local community
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Address guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departments
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Adhere to all safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
