About the position

The FairosRx Account Associate (Account Management) at The OccuNet Company plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client services within the pharmacy benefit management team. This entry-level position involves assisting Account Managers with the implementation and ongoing management of accounts, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with plan implementation and ongoing management of accounts.
• Serve as the liaison between internal teams to address client inquiries and concerns while proactively seeking solutions to better our processes.
• Work cross-functionally with internal OccuNet teams to identify and establish processes that enhance provider and patient relationships.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Uphold compliance standards relating to HIPAA and Department of Labor guidelines when corresponding with providers and maintaining documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the clinical pharmacy industry is preferred.
