The Kroger Summer Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed for students to enhance their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments. This program provides competitive pay, hands-on learning experiences, exposure to senior leaders, and opportunities for professional development. Interns will spend their summer leading projects, refining their professional skills, and working alongside industry leaders while connecting with other students from across the country. Interns in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing sectors will have the opportunity to work within the Corporate Supply Chain team and various operational departments that comprise Kroger's supply chain, including Human Resources, Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Transportation, Maintenance, Safety, Inventory, Information Technology, and Store Operations. Throughout the internship, participants are expected to model and demonstrate the company's core values, which include respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Applicants must have work authorization that does not require future sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States. This includes individuals on H1-B visas, F-1 visas (OPT), TN visas, or any other non-immigrant status. The internship is open to all majors, provided that candidates are actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
