Responsibilities
- Manage after-school routines for the children
- Provide homework support and assistance with school pick-ups
- Plan and engage in developmentally appropriate activities for the children
- Assist with grocery shopping and miscellaneous errands
- Handle family laundry and light housekeeping tasks
- Cook for the children as needed
- Support the family during the adjustment period with the new baby
- Transport children to activities and run errands around Midland
Requirements
- Prior experience as a family assistant or in house management
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Ability to work well with children in a warm environment
- Self-motivated and proactive with a calm demeanor
