About the position

The Family Crisis Therapist-Practice Coach is responsible for intervening in family crisis situations, providing ongoing clinical assessment and treatment, and developing and implementing treatment plans. This role involves conducting individual and family therapy sessions, preparing clinical reports, and consulting with professional staff to ensure continual functional improvement within families.

Responsibilities

  • Intervenes in family crisis situations.
  • Provides ongoing clinical assessment and treatment.
  • Develops and implements treatment plans.
  • Assesses progress and recommends appropriate strategies for continual functional improvement within the family.
  • Conducts individual and family therapy sessions.
  • Prepares clinical reports and documentation of progress towards goals of families and clients.
  • Provides ongoing consultation with professional staff.

Requirements

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavioral or Social Science or related field.
  • One year of experience in crisis intervention.
  • Three years' experience in case management such as assessing, planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating options and services to meet an individual's human service needs.
