About the position

The Family Entertainment Center Host at Arena Sports is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and safe environment for families visiting the center. This role involves greeting customers, explaining safety protocols, and maintaining the attractions to enhance the overall experience for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Complete opening and closing safety checklists for your attraction
  • Greet customers
  • Explain safety rules, policies, and how to purchase entry to customers
  • Answer customer questions about the different FEC attractions including rules, policies, and hours of operation
  • Adhere to FEC safety rules
  • Set up, clean up, and maintain the attractions, including deep cleaning and testing equipment
  • Ensure customers are following rules and policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Willingness to work weekends
