About the position

We are seeking an Experienced Family Law Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to attorneys and clients in family law matters. The role involves drafting legal documents, communicating with clients and attorneys, and managing case-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Communication with clients and attorneys
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Work independently on assigned tasks
• Frequent contact with clients, judges, and opposing counsel
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents
• Daily timekeeping entries with Clio

Requirements

• Must have previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal
• Ability to draft pleadings
• Full understanding of the discovery process
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be reliable and trustworthy
• Proficient in Microsoft and Excel
