Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of family law cases including divorce, modifications, and child support.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• E-file documents and serve pleadings as required.
• Set hearings and maintain an organized calendar for the attorneys.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide updates on case progress.
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold attorney-client privilege.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of Florida Family Law experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with CRM style case management systems.
• Knowledge of domestic relations law, including divorce and child support.
• Familiarity with e-filing and service of pleadings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
