As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, all under the supervision of the attorney. You will also prepare and file documents for family law proceedings, coordinate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in these proceedings, and perform various administrative duties. This includes answering phone calls and keeping case files and client documents organized so that all documents are readily accessible. Additionally, you will coordinate with clients to gather relevant information for personal injury matters, ensuring that all necessary details are collected for effective case management.

Responsibilities

  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of the attorney.
  • Prepare and file documents for family law proceedings.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of paralegal experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
