About the position
Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join our neighborhood health centers in Cambridge, Somerville, Malden, Revere, and Everett. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, including Primary Care Float positions. Physicians will work in a collegial and dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on work/life balance. The position includes opportunities for teaching and academic appointments, supported by a fully integrated EMR system and comprehensive clinical and administrative resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities for medical students and residents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.
- Utilize integrated EMR (Epic) for patient management and documentation.
- Participate in community outreach and public health initiatives.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Commitment to serving multicultural and underserved populations.
