Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a family medicine setting.
• Participate in a Family Medicine call group from UPMC Horizon/UPMC Jameson.
• Utilize resources such as social work, behavioral health, and nutritionist professionals for patient referrals.
• Engage in virtual visits to enhance patient care accessibility.
• Collaborate with a team of administrative leaders to focus on patient care.

Requirements

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or board eligible for new graduates.
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License.
• DEA certification.
