About the position
Summit Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their physician-led and professionally managed multispecialty group practice in Central Oregon. The role involves providing care to a growing population within a supportive team environment, emphasizing patient-centered care and integrated services.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a family medicine setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health, nutrition, and Care Navigators.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Engage in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
- Contribute to the community's first full spectrum Accountable Care Organization (ACO).
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a multispecialty practice setting.
- Familiarity with integrated behavioral health services.
