About the position

UCHealth is seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join the Castle Rock Primary Care practice. The role focuses on delivering excellent evidence-based patient care in a supportive and collegial environment, with an emphasis on collaboration and integration of services.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum Family Medicine care (No OB)
• Utilize EPIC integrated EHR and E-Consults for communication with specialists
• Collaborate with integrated behavioral health services in primary care
• Work closely with Urgent Care and Physical Therapy services co-located at the practice
• Engage in continuous improvement of clinical quality and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
• Commitment to evidence-based patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Interest in providing comprehensive primary care services

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with EPIC EHR system
• Familiarity with integrated behavioral health services
• Interest in participating in continuing medical education (CME)
