  • Document all patient interactions in an electronic health record (EHR).
  • Utilize Medical Assistants for patient rooming, vitals collection, and referrals.
  • Manage patient follow-ups through Patient Health Navigators.

Requirements

  • Valid State of Oregon medical license.
  • DEA certification with full prescription authority.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Accredited Medical School Graduate.
  • Previous experience in Urgent or Family Care, Emergency preferred.
  • Comfortable with electronic platforms such as EHR.
