About the position
Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly-skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Henderson, Kentucky. The role focuses on providing excellent patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment, with an emphasis on teamwork, communication, and quality care. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for leading clinic staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering a range of healthcare services to improve community health.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and employees.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, ER, Family Medical Practice preferred).
- Masters Degree in Nursing.
- Family Nurse Practitioner License.
