Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with behavioral health issues, complex pain, and addiction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, and Physical Therapists.
• Manage a caseload of 12-15 patients per day with the support of a Medical Assistant.
• Maintain a work-life balance with set hours of 8-5 or 9-5 and no evening, weekend, or on-call duties.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner with a valid Arizona Family Nurse Practitioner License (Required).
• Experience in primary care or behavioral health settings is preferred.
