About the position
Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly-skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team in Mc Minnville, Tennessee. Responsibilities
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and ensure quality professional services.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications responsibly.
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Maintain friendly relations with clients and employees to foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as Urgent Care, ER, or Family Medical Practice.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.

- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
