Responsibilities

• Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care.
• Provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner.
• Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications responsibly.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, and wound care.
• Analyze and interpret patients' histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
• Maintain friendly relations with clients and employees to foster a positive work atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as Urgent Care, ER, or Family Medical Practice.
• Masters Degree in Nursing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
