About the position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care. The FNP will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality medical services to patients of all ages, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Provide treatment for various conditions, including infectious diseases and psychopharmacology.
- Utilize medical imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner studies is required.
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited body.
- Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred, particularly in areas related to infectious disease care and psychopharmacology.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform necessary procedures confidently.
