About the position
The MainStreet Family Care Preceptorship Program is designed to provide aspiring family nurse practitioners with hands-on experience and mentorship in an urgent care setting. This program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and practical clinical skills, preparing participants for successful careers in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with experienced healthcare professionals who will serve as mentors.
- Gain exposure to a wide range of patient cases to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited family nurse practitioner program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Desire to work in urgent care preferred.
- Have an active affiliation agreement.
