Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality urgent care services including physical exams, incisions and drainage, splinting, and suturing.
- Manage infection and wound care effectively.
- Diagnose and treat minor illnesses.
- Interpret lab and X-ray results accurately.
- Conduct Covid testing as required.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by ANCC or AANP.
- Current CPR certification.
- DOT certification or ability to obtain within the first 60 days of employment.
- 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an emergency or urgent care setting preferred.
