About the position

The Family Personal Assistant will provide essential support to the Howerton family, managing daily activities, schedules, and household tasks. This part-time role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills to help balance the family's busy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage family schedules, appointments, and events.
• Oversee household operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and organization of spaces.
• Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for family members.
• Handle grocery shopping, gift purchasing, and other errands as needed.
• Assist with children's activities, including school drop-offs/pick-ups, transportation to evening sports, and extracurricular events.
• Serve as a point of contact for family members, responding to inquiries and managing correspondence.
• Organize family events, celebrations, and gatherings, including logistics and vendor management.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all family matters and communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a family setting.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in scheduling and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 yrs old.
