About The Position
As a Family Resource Coordinator, you will play an integral role in helping children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) access the therapeutic services they need. You will work with a dynamic team and assist them by scheduling home visits with new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into Northwest Center's care. You will be providing a meaningful impact on your community by connecting children and families with Early Support services.
