Responsibilities

• Enhance the lives of families through supportive visitation services.
• Track the progress of families and children involved in the reunification process.
• Set and obtain goals to ensure a safe and supportive home environment.
• Provide in-home services across multiple locations as needed.
• Collaborate with DHHS to facilitate family reunification.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a human service-related position.
• Preferred: Associate's degree with one year of experience or a bachelor's degree in a human services field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, or related fields.
