Responsibilities

• Drive tractors to prepare fields for planting and harvesting crops.
• Perform weed control and drainage work.
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on farm vehicles and equipment.
• Change farm implements on tractors as needed.
• Clean and organize farm vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the farm shop and tools.
• Keep the yard around the shop and house clean and free of debris.
• Perform general farm labor tasks as required.

Requirements

• Must be physically able to perform all duties described.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Experience in operating tractors and agricultural equipment is preferred.

Benefits
