The Farm Laborer position involves various agricultural tasks including planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops. The role is essential for ensuring the productivity and upkeep of the farm, focusing on hands-on labor in the field.
Responsibilities
- Harvest and plant a variety of vegetables.
- Provide field maintenance of crops including weeding, pruning, and staking as necessary.
- Harvest and field pack as necessary.
- Perform farm maintenance chores including cleanup, building maintenance, and cleaning equipment and irrigation systems.
- Maintain, irrigate, mow, and harvest sod.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 month of experience in farm labor or related work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
