About the position

The Farm/Property Manager position is a full-time role based in Goodlettsville, TN, where the individual will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the property. This includes running and maintaining heavy equipment, performing bush hog work, and conducting regular inspections and maintenance of the property. The manager will also oversee vendor work and ensure that all property-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, as the manager will need to coordinate with various vendors and support pet care as requested. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for maintaining the vehicles used on the property, ensuring they are fueled, have proper tire maintenance, and receive routine checks. The position demands flexibility in working hours, with expectations of 40+ hours per week, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Running and maintaining heavy equipment
• Performing bush hog work
• Checking and maintaining fences
• Conducting property manager tasks such as exterior inspections and maintenance
• Overseeing vendor work
• Supporting pet care as requested
• Maintaining each vehicle's maintenance, including fuel, tires, and routine maintenance

Requirements
