The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a willingness to learn various farming techniques, including greenhouse management, animal husbandry, and machinery operation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops in various environments.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for moving equipment, supplies, or harvested products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all farming operations run smoothly.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment while handling tools and machinery.
- Participate in welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs or modifications.
Requirements
- Bilingual with at least 1 year of experience.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to farming techniques and equipment use.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours depending on seasonal demands and farm needs.
