Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based sales consultations with prospective clients.
• Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships.
• Assist in the development of a marketing plan for your role.
• Adhere to a follow-up system provided by the agency for prospective clients assigned to you.
• Participate and successfully complete all training as assigned.
• Provide prompt and professional service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with computers, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Goal-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships.
• Possess or obtain Illinois Property/Casualty licenses within the first sixty days of employment.
• Desire to be their own boss.
