The Farmers Market Brand Ambassador position is a part-time, temporary, and contract role that requires individuals to engage with customers at various farmers' markets and events. The primary responsibility of the Brand Ambassador is to promote and sell brand products while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves transportation, set-up, and breakdown of market displays, as well as maintaining a high-quality market site. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary materials are loaded and ready for each market, including tables, canopies, signage, and products. On-site, the Brand Ambassador will engage with customers, providing samples and information about the products, while ensuring that displays are attractive and fully stocked. This position requires a strong understanding of the brand's mission and product offerings, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and market managers. The Brand Ambassador will also be responsible for recording sales, managing returns, and tracking discrepancies in product sales. Weekly marketing meetings will be attended to stay informed about product availability, seasonal changes, and quality standards. The role demands a positive attitude, enthusiasm for customer service, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in varying temperatures. The position requires availability on weekends and may involve early morning shifts.
