Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the market booth, ensuring everything is ready on time.
• Sell products to customers at farmers markets and events.
• Engage with customers, offering samples and explaining the benefits of peppermint products.
• Share the story behind the products and personalize the sales script.
• Handle sales transactions, track inventory, and report sales after each event.
• Identify new opportunities to expand market presence.

Requirements

• Retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and card payments, especially with POS systems like Square.
• Ability to count inventory and follow reporting procedures.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs for setting up and breaking down booths.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and own vehicle.
