Responsibilities

• Perform manual farm labor tasks.
• Inspect, grade, sort, and treat crops post-harvest.
• Repair and maintain farm vehicles and equipment.
• Operate tractors and machinery for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Load and transport inputs and crops to fields and storage facilities.
• Clean work areas and maintain landscaping and farm buildings.
• Attach implements using hand tools.

Requirements

• Three months of recent and verifiable experience in farm labor.
• Ability to obtain a driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
