About The Position

The position involves working as a Farmworker and Laborer in crop, nursery, and greenhouse settings. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare soil and growth media for planting.
• Cultivate and participate in horticulture activities.
• Haul and spread topsoil and fertilizer to condition land.
• Dig, rake, and screen soil for planting.
• Plant, spray, weed, and water plants, shrubs, and trees.
• Tie, bunch, wrap, and pack flowers, plants, and shrubs for orders.
• Load trucks for marketing of products.
• Transplant seedlings into selling containers on the potting line.
• Assist in the delivery of products to customers.
• Perform maintenance on farm equipment as required.
• Assist in the setup of products for sale of crops.
• Engage in general farm maintenance and other duties as required.
