About the position

Wild Dove Boutique is seeking full-time or part-time stylists for its Coronado location. The role focuses on creating an exceptional experience for clients through personalized service and product knowledge, while promoting the boutique's unique offerings of effortless feminine clothing designed for versatility from day to evening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel comfortable & welcomed
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge by using our ‘DOVE' training
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, new product and replenishment and invite them to upcoming events
• Process, steam & tag new merchandise efficiently & properly
• Maintain strong product knowledge of the brand as well as seasonal trends
• Help to maintain a clean, shopable store

Requirements

• Retail sales background
• Sales driven with ability to make sales and upsell customers
• Strong work ethic with a need to pursue challenging projects and knack for problem-solving
• Ability to think outside the lines, finding value in unexpected places
• Copes with change effectively and shifts gears comfortably
• Fashion driven & have a solid understanding of the Wild Dove Customer
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with key customer base is a strong plus
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong clientele base
