Popshoplive is seeking fashionable creators for video commerce to join our team in Santa Monica. This position involves creating engaging short-form videos, specifically Reels, that showcase our latest fashion items. As a creator, you will have access to the largest library of fashion available for sale, allowing you to curate and present unique content to your audience. The role requires you to work four hours a day, five days a week, where you will be responsible for editing and posting two Reels daily on both Popshoplive channels and Instagram accounts. In this role, you will receive a constant supply of fashion items, gadgets, and accessories to sell, ensuring that you always have fresh content to work with. You will be compensated at a rate of $1000 per week, which translates to $50 per hour, as you shoot, edit, and post content from our Santa Monica studios. Additionally, we provide assistance in content creation and editing tools, as well as access to workstations to enhance your productivity. Free parking is also available for your convenience. To succeed in this position, you must possess a strong work ethic and have a significant social media presence, specifically with at least 20,000 followers on Instagram, with a minimum of 40% of your audience being female. Being based in Los Angeles and able to travel to the studio daily is essential. Experience in creating Get Ready With Me (GRWM) and Outfit of the Day (OOTD) videos is a plus. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to earn additional income by receiving 10% of all sales once your sales reach $20,000 per month, providing a lucrative incentive to excel in this role.
