About the position

The Brand and Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the brand presence of a fashion-forward company. This role involves strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, planning product activations, and supporting daily operations. The position requires creativity, organization, and strong marketing expertise, with a focus on high-end designer clothing and current trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights that inform branding and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Create content plans that engage target audiences and promote products.
  • Identify new market opportunities to expand the brand's presence.
  • Design, curate, and manage marketing materials, promotional graphics, and other brand assets.
  • Oversee social media engagement to grow brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Work with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute product activation events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Develop and implement strategies for product launches, ensuring proper promotion and tracking performance.
  • Track and analyze product activation success, providing detailed reports.
  • Provide creative direction for photoshoots, videography, and content creation projects.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent production of high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creatives to maintain brand standards.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Track and report on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on brand growth, campaign results, and other performance indicators.
  • Recommend improvements to strategies based on data analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand development, marketing strategy, or related roles in the fashion industry.
  • Strong creative direction and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to a structured schedule.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content management platforms is a plus.
