Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the counter and drive-thru.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for processing transactions.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
• Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, grocery store, or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations or sales environments is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
