About the position

The Service Specialist FAST role at Epiq involves providing a variety of administrative support services, including mail, copy, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist services. This client-facing position supports multiple Epiq accounts in the local market, offering a dynamic work environment with a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Producing copy, print, and scan projects accurately per written instructions.
• Answering incoming telephone calls and routing them to the appropriate person, greeting and announcing visitors professionally.
• Coordinating and maintaining client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens, ensuring cleanliness and supply readiness.
• Organizing and distributing client kitchen supplies and maintaining inventory control.
• Upkeeping copy rooms and stocking general supplies, delivering paper, and performing basic daily maintenance.
• Flexibility in weekly work schedule to cover for absences and vacations, including potential schedule changes and work locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of work experience in a customer service field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time.

Benefits

• Compensation range of $15.57 to $21.00 per hour, with potential for an annual bonus.
