Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare deposits and ensure accuracy in reconciling company ledgers
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and invoicing
• Assist with the month-end accounting close
• Prepare necessary IRS year-end documentation
• Generate monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting reports

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks (both online and desktop versions)
• Strong experience in preparing financial statements
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
