About the position

The Customer Experience Host at FE Warren Main Store is responsible for providing a friendly and efficient checkout experience for customers. This role emphasizes customer engagement, multitasking, and effective communication to ensure a positive shopping experience. The position also involves cross-training in various store areas and adapting to current technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to your lane.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation.
• Assist customers by following proper procedures for bagging merchandise and moving large or heavy items.

Requirements

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
