About The Position

The FedEx Ground Delivery Driver position involves delivering packages on fixed routes, ensuring safe operation of delivery vehicles, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 3 years OR 3 years of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 10 years.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical/Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!).
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Have dependable transportation to and from the job location.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the FedEx Terminal to pick up the vehicle and deliver packages on fixed routes.
• Scan and load packages for delivery.
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle safely.
• Maintain delivery logs and records.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with customers.
• Physically handle packages up to 150 lbs.
